Life lies in movement , everyone needs exercise, and not everybody got a park to exercise beside their house. Because of that, cites are trying their best to build more parks. Now we have many parks to enjoy, but if we can’t make good use of them, it will be a big waste. Going for a slow jog in the park, or just walking around can make a good effect to your body.
