First and foremast, the Reform and Opening up policy plays a significant role in health literacy development, because of the revenue enriching, more and more residents can adjust their budget on medical service purchase which can enable them to access to the health information easily. Furthermore, the social media on the Internet benefits residents a lot, beause huge amounts of hospitals choose to create accounts for and the knowlege of health which is used to be rare is widespreaded now. In the end, with the widespread of compulsory education, our residents are allowed to understand the medical system of our society which brings convenience to them on looking for a professional doctor and ultilizing their healthcare.

To put all into the nutshell, our residents have gained this achievement of health literacy development, a The level of health literacy will increase more and our residents will harvest a better medical service in the future.
