The percentage of residents who choose exercising with friends is 47.7%.The percentage of residents who choose exercising with family is 23.9%. Only 15.8% of residents tend to participate in group activities. Overall, we can see that the striking contrasts in the physical exercise methods for residents.

What resulted in the contrasts above? To my understanding, at least two reasons can account for this phenomenon. For one thing, the great majority residents exercising alone might because busy works which let them have to exercise on their own. Another, the residents choose exercise with friends or family and participate in group activities might because they need communication outside of work to restore vatility. No matter which sports exercise methods, they can all relax their body and mind.

As a member of residents, we encourage everyone to exercise and maintain physical health. We could employ various sports exercise methods to add interest to the sport.
