The bar chart clearly depicts the changes of urban people and rural people in China for 20 years. In 1990, the number of wurban people was 300 million. but for 2010. the figure hads substanially risen to 666 million. In contrast, the number of rural people experitenced a slow decline during the same period. The core reason for the observed phenomenon can be summarized as follows. To start with, as the conductor orchestrating o the symphony of changes, our government has made tremendous efforts to drive ecomonic growth and elevate the purchasing power of the populace, allowing them to afford house that were previouslly deemed luxury items. In addition, in the wake of the high-speed advancement of society, people are no longer content with mere material satisfaction; they also pursue spiritual enjoyment .This explains why an increasing number of people choose the urban rather than traditional rural life.

Considering these factors, the depited phenomenon in the chart is unsurpring.
